TULIA, Texas (KFDA) – The Tulia Police Department has arrested two people after a search warrant led them to recover $10,000 of stolen property, marijuana and a firearm.

Officials say on Wednesday, April 9 at around 11 a.m., members of the Tulia Police Department, Swisher County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Public Safety CID Unit served a search warrant near North Armstrong Ave.

According to police, over $10,000 of stolen property, including a stolen vehicle from Amarillo, a small amount of marijuana and a firearm was located.

Officials say Brandon Harris and Breeza Pando were taken into custody and booked into the Swisher County Jail on the following charges:

Theft >$2,500 <$30,000Possession of marijuana <2ozFraudulent possession of another’s identifying informationPossession of a firearm by a convicted felon

Tulia police say the investigation of this case is ongoing and may lead to addition arrests in other jurisdictions.
