As Delaware cannabis laws evolve, entrepreneur Fe is building a brand that’s reshaping cannabis culture — one luxe, stigma-breaking event at a time.

WILMINGTON — For Fe, founder of Flow with Fe LLC, 420 isn’t just about celebration, it’s about shifting perceptions. Since launching her Wilmington-based experiential marketing company in 2022, Fe has carved out a unique space in Delaware’s growing cannabis landscape by building thoughtful, elevated experiences that center wellness, education, and community.

The 420 Taste Lounge: Infused Brunch & Live Show will take place on Thursday, May 1. Designed to be more than a party, the four-course dinner features infused cuisine, live entertainment, a curated THC-A flower bar, and a private 420-friendly lounge,  all hosted in a polished, banquet-style setting.

“The 420 Taste Lounge is my love letter to cannabis culture,” Fe said. “A space where food, music, and plant medicine come together to create joy, connection, and new narratives.”

Fe brings a hospitality background to her work, having managed events at The Waterfall in Claymont — one of the region’s top banquet venues. It shows in the details of her experiences: formal table service, dressed-up ambiance, controlled dosage menus, and safety-centered design.

“These are curated. You can dress up, show out, and just be served — and elevated — in a classy, formal way.”

Since 2022, Fe has grown her brand from a one-woman idea into a full calendar of immersive experiences, including elevated yoga sessions, CBD-infused mocktail nights, pop-up lounges, and wellness education events. She’s already hosted five events in 2025 alone, with a partnership to hold two cannabis socials per month at The Venue in Wilmington (one of the state’s few 420-friendly spaces).

Flow with Fe’s events are intentionally alcohol-free. Instead, attendees enjoy CBD mocktails (non-psychoactive and calming), exclusive partnerships with licensed brands, and structured menus that start high in THC and mellow into a CBD wind-down, all to ensure comfort, relaxation, and safety.

“We start high and then gradually mellow out,” Fe explained. “That way, people enjoy the night and get home safe. And everything we serve — from mocktails to meals — is designed with that intention.”

Fe’s curated vendor list includes only one official flower partner per event, with her current exclusive being Pure Shaka, a top regional recreational dispensary. Their budtenders are on hand to help guide guests in a responsible and educational way.

But Flow with Fe isn’t just about cannabis products, but about community and access.

“We’re not just letting people come in and do whatever,” Fe said. “We’re big on education, wellness, and creating safe, elevated environments. That’s why I have a dedicated security team and all my insurance in place. We run this professionally.”

Fe’s Elevated Yoga series, launched in April 2023, has become a staple of her calendar, with a fast-growing community that returns month after month for movement, mindfulness, and plant medicine.

“I’ve hosted once-a-month elevated yoga since last April. That’s like my bread and butter,” she said. “The people are there. The market is there. And they’re hungry for this kind of safe, beautiful space.”

Despite pushback from some lawmakers and community members wary of recreational cannabis, Fe sees her work as part of something much larger.

“Whether people like it or not, it’s happening,” she said. ” I know how to adapt and pivot. I’m here to stay.”

As cannabis continues to gain ground in Delaware, Fe is leading the way in shaping what intention and innovation can look like in the industry.
