KENT COUNTY, MI – A traffic stop escalated into a police chase and came to an end with two people taken into custody, Kent County sheriff’s deputies reported.
The incident unfolded when a deputy performed a traffic stop around 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, near South Division Avenue and Green Meadow Street in Gaines Township.
