CARTER COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – More than 21,000 marijuana plants and nearly 600 pounds of processed marijuana were seized in a grow operation bust in Wilson on Monday.

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics’ Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) served a search warrant at a grow operation at 1322 Woodland Road in Wilson.

OBN said 21,112 marijuana plants and 593 pounds of processed marijuana were seized.

The grow operation was cultivating marijuana with an OBN registration obtained by fraud, using a “straw ownership” scheme.

OBN said arrests are pending.
