LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – An Eastern Carolina man was arrested after deputies say they found a large amount of marijuana in his vehicle.

The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office said a traffic stop on Saturday led to deputies finding nearly a pound of marijuana individually bagged and a digital scale in a vehicle driven by Amal Miller.

Deputies say the 26-year-old Kinston man also had a fake license plate.

Miller was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture or sell marijuana and displaying a fictitious N.C. registration plate on his vehicle.
