DECORAH, Iowa – Eight people are facing charges after a drug raid in northeast Iowa.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says it executed a search warrant on November 27 in the 2200 block of State Highway 9. As a result, criminal charges were filed against the following defendants:
– Ckaiden Nelson-Coonradt, 21 of Elmore, Minnesota, was charged with Class D Felony intent to distribute marijuana under 50kg
– Zachary Sorenson, 31 of Decorah, Iowa, was charged with Class D Felony Failure to affix drug tax stamp, Class D Felony Intent to distribute marijuana under 50 kg, Aggravated Misdemeanor Child Endangerment, and Serious Misdemeanor Gathering where marijuana is used.
– Ashleigh Sorenson, 29 of Decorah, was charged with Serious Misdemeanor Possession of a controlled substance-marijuana 1st.
– Devan Forbes, 26 of Manchester, was charged with Serious Misdemeanor Possession of a controlled substance-marijuana 1st.
– Luke Price, 26, of Decorah, was charged with Serious Misdemeanor Possession of a controlled substance-marijuana 1st.
– Lexus Six, 36, of Decorah, was charged with Serious Misdemeanor Possession of a controlled substance-marijuana 1st
– Tyler Dozark, 25, of Decorah, was charged with Serious Misdemeanor Possession of a controlled substance-marijuana 1st.
– Jacob Willitts, 28, of New Hampton, Iowa, was charged with Class D Felony Possession of a controlled substance 3rd/subsequent.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation is continuing with additional search warrants, arrests, and charges pending.
