HAMILTON, Ohio (WXIX/Gray News) – A woman in Ohio said her order of chicken fries from Burger King came with several buds of marijuana.
TikTok user JannaBama posted the video on Sunday after visiting a Burger King in Hamilton, Ohio.
“OK, went to Burger King tonight, listen, I need you guys to listen,” she says in the video. “Got my kid some chicken fries. This bag came. If you look down in there, you can see some residue.”
She continues, “She got her chicken fries. Chicken fries with a side of … do you see that? You can’t say that here. ‘Mary Jane’ from Burger King in Hamilton, Ohio.”
The video has more than 1 million views.
Miller Management, the management company for the Burger King location in Hamilton, told the Cincinnati Enquirer they are “very disappointed to learn of the incident and do not take incidents that put our guests in danger lightly.”
Miller Management said that the employee involved was fired.
The manager of the Burger King location told WXIX he did not want to comment.
The Hamilton Police Department said they have not received a report from the customer.
A sergeant with the department said they are investigating and will release additional information if it becomes available.
