BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. (WSBT) — Some people in Niles Township are trying to make sure their concerns are addressed before more marijuana shops open.

They are bringing up issues such as previously established setbacks and possible impacts on nearby businesses.

Niles Township voters in November approved the opening of up to four dispensaries in a specific portion of the township.

The township board then sent the maximum number to be the same as the minimum number of four.
