CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Two men were arrested last Thursday after Kingsville Police executed a search warrant on the 400 block of West Lott Avenue as part of an illegal narcotics investigation.

Brandon and Tyler Wright face multiple charges for manufacturing and delivering controlled substances after authorities found suspected cocaine, marijuana, and prescription pills at the residence.

Kingsville PD’s SWAT and Criminal Interdiction Units also seized two handguns, three shotguns, two rifles, and various ammunition.

Additionally, the Wrights were charged with marijuana possession, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and unlawful use of a criminal weapon.

Chief John Blair stated that the arrests highlight his department’s commitment to public safety.

“This operation underscores our dedication to removing illegal drugs and firearms from our streets,” Blair said in a social media release. “Our partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies are crucial to keeping Kingsville safe.”

KPD worked alongside the Kleberg County Attorney’s Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force, the Goliad County Sheriff’s Office, and the U.S. Border Patrol FBI Task Force Officer in the investigation.
