Ohio recreational marijuana sales exceed $300 million as 2025 enters second month
Marijuana sales are continuing to grow at a face pace throughout Ohio.According to the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control, in just the past six months, recreational marijuana sales have raked in more than $300 million.Legal marijuana sales topped $90 million in January alone. That follows a record-breaking $200 million in sales by the end of 2024.With sales ending on Feb. 8, 2025, over 5.3 millions of recreational units of product has been produced.Experts predict this upward trend will continue as more Ohioans embrace the new recreational market.
