SHAWNEE, OK (KOKH) — The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics’s Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) executed a search warrant on Thursday at a marijuana business in Pottawatomie County, uncovering a fraudulent operation.
According to OBN, the business operated under an OBN registration obtained through a ‘straw’ ownership scheme. During the raid, MET agents seized 5,346 marijuana plants and 61.5 pounds of processed marijuana.
Investigators said arrests are pending as the investigation continues.
