POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, OKLA (KOKH) — On Feb. 13, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics’ Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) served a search warrant in Pottawatomie County.
According to OBN, a marijuana business had obtained an OBN registration by fraud.
At the location, OBN agents seized 5,345 plants and 61.5 pounds of processed marijuana.
The registration allegedly was obtained by fraud using a ‘straw’ ownership scheme.
