Three men have been arrested in Lebanon County after being caught with an estimated 400 pounds of marijuana. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the drugs were found after a Motor Carrier Safety Assistant Program inspection was conducted on a box truck on I-78 East in Bethel Township on Feb. 12. Two pallets of marijuana, estimated to weigh about 400 pounds, were located as a result of the inspection and seized. All three men were arrested and sent to Lebanon County Central Booking. The men are 25-year-old Kelvin Rodriguez-Olivio of Wilkes Barre, 25-year-old Starly Fancisco-Lendof of Kingston and 64-year-old Alfonso Francisco Roman. They have been charged with possession, intent to deliver and conspiracy.
