COSTA MESA, Calif., March 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — This week, Rove has been named one of the 2025 Best Cannabis Companies to Work For by Cannabis Business Times. The Costa Mesa-based brand earned a spot as one of the top-ten cannabis companies to work for.
This annual program, now in its 6th year, was created to identify, recognize, and honor the employers in the cannabis industry who prioritize employees and foster the most positive company cultures.
Cannabis Business Times conducts this research-driven program in partnership with the Best Companies Group (BCG)—an independent research firm that has specialized in identifying and recognizing great places to work for 20 years.
To be considered for participation, companies had to be based in the U.S. or Canada, have at least 10 eligible employees and be in business a minimum of one year.
Companies within the cannabis industry entered the two-part survey process to determine Best Cannabis Companies to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.
The second part consisted of a confidential employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the best places to work and final rankings.

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings. Companies will be recognized on CannabisBusinessTimes.com in February 2025.
