Two men have been arrested on suspicion of drug crimes in Aylesbury.
The first incident occurred at around 7pm on Monday, March 31, when officers from the Thames Valley proactive team stopped a person on Chestnut Crescent.
Following a search, the 25-year-old from the town was arrested on suspicion of supplying cannabis.
According to the force, he is now under investigation for possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B – Cannabis.
He has since been released from custody but remains under investigation whilst the police’s enquiries continue.
One day later at around 6pm on Tuesday, April 1, officers from Thames Valley Police stopped a 30-year-old man on a sports field along Vincent Close in the town.
He was eventually arrested on suspicion of supplying cannabis and is now under investigation for possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B – Cannabis.
He has since been released from custody but remains under investigation.
