[#item_full_content] During a meeting among some multi-state operators (MSOs) in 2022, which was reportedly convened by an executive of Chicago-based Green Thumb Industries, business officials allegedly colluded to “’push out the little guys’ for a while” in the state’s legal marijuana industry, according to a letter sent to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office.That letter, which was provided to Crain’s following a public records request, served as the tip that launched an investigation into the nine MSOs that the state is suing for alleged price-fixing and antitrust violations.
