[#item_full_content] A Coram, New York man has been indicted for allegedly shooting a man outside his apartment after a dispute over a $25 marijuana debt owed by the man’s 16-year-old stepson. Dominick Tullon, 18, has been charged with attempted murder, assault, weapons possession, and reckless endangerment. The victim was struck by a bullet and is now living with a bullet lodged near his spine.
