Looks like the company behind a birthday and baby shower favorite is getting in on a deal to sell marijuana products among the strawberries and flower-shaped pineapple rings.
Edible Brands, Edible Arrangements’ parent company, will be including hemp-derived edibles in its assortment of gifts, according to Food & Wine magazine.
As Edible Brands CEO Somia Farid Silber explained to the magazine, a new platform will focus on a diverse array of hemp-derived products, encompassing different flavors and formats, including low-THC gummies and infused items from well-known cannabis brands.
“There’s so much opportunity for us to curate the best products,” Farid Silber told Food & Wine. “For us, it’s really important for us to become this trusted place.”
