Arizona Law enforcement loosening marijuana rules for applicants

A federal agency “mistakenly” killed an endangered and possibly pregnant Mexican gray wolf in Arizona, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said in a memo earlier this month.

Alaska Airlines has announced the launch of a year-round, nonstop service between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and San Diego International Airport (SAN), starting August 20. The Seattle-based carrier, which recently completed its merger with Hawaiian Airlines, will operate three daily flights on this route using its Boeing 737 aircraft.

Investigators say the body found at a Surprise landfill last week is a Phoenix woman but they won’t release her name. Her remains were found at WM’s Northwest Regional Landfill near 195th Avenue and Deer Valley Road just before 7 a.m. last Thursday. Authorities haven’t made the name public because her family hasn’t been notified.
