Beshear says the state has received nearly 800 applications for medical marijuana cards
Hundreds of Kentuckians are applying to legally use medical marijuana. Gov. Andy Beshear revealed Tuesday that, so far, the state has received 760 applications for digital registry cards. Each application will be reviewed. In order to apply, you must first receive an electronic written certification from an authorized practitioner. Licensed cultivators, labs, and dispensaries are still being set up. There is no official date when medical marijuana will be available.
