A Missouri cannabis dispensary has agreed to pay $145,000 to employees who were fired following a unionizing drive as part of a deal to settle dozens of unfair labor practice allegations.

The National Labor Relations Board’s office in St. Louis approved a settlement between an affiliate of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union and Point Management LLC—which does business as Shangri-La—covering ULP charges arising under Cemex Construction Materials Pacific LLC, the agency announced Monday. The company also agreed to recognize and bargain with the union as part of the agreement.
