The state’s Office of Cannabis Management and other luminaries helped launch the opening of High Society, a recreational cannabis dispensary, on Main Street in Hudson Falls.

The cannabis plants are already growing in Moreau, and the odor from them has some neighbors angry. The land owners hope to develop growing facilities on site, but the question is: Can it be stopped?
