A cannabis farm, containing more than 170 plants, has been found near a police station.
A warrant was executed at two disused retail premises next to each other on Ombersley Street East in Droitwich at about 08:00 BST on Wednesday.
Plants, with an estimated street value of more than £147,000, were seized by officers.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of production of a class B drug.
West Mercia Police said the plants would now be destroyed.
The Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team (NCFT) said the warrant was executed following community concerns “around the illegal production of cannabis and intelligence which was subsequently developed from this”.
A spokesperson for the NCFT said: “Cannabis grows such as this one are linked to organised crime gangs and those growing the crops are often themselves victims of modern-day slavery.
“We would also like to reassure members of the public that while these premises are close to Droitwich Police Station, we have been developing intelligence for some time now.”
They added the warrant was executed “at a time designed to cause maximum disruption and cost to this organised criminal enterprise”.
