A 1-year-old child was hurt after eating a marijuana gummy in Greene County.
The toddler ate the THC gummy and was taken to the hospital for monitoring. The child was later released for non-life-threatening injuries, according to State Police.
Brian Giammanco Esposito, 27, of Catskill, has been charged on Feb. 11 with endangering the welfare of a child.
Police did not state the relationship of Esposito to the child.
