CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLA (KOKH) — On July 11, Cleveland County Sheriff deputies arrested two individuals who were caught fleeing a marijuana grow operation outside Noble.

Around 3 a.m., the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) received a call from an alarm company that reported footage of two male suspects attempting to break into the grow operation.

When deputies arrived on the scene, a Kia Soul that was parked on the property began to drive forward.

After verbal commands to stop the vehicle were issued, the car continued to drive away.

According to CCSO, a pursuit ensued where a CCSO deputy engaged in a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) maneuver.

This ended the pursuit and a passenger, Devante Houston, exited the vehicle and attempted to flee.

Houston and the driver, Kyron Thompson, were arrested on the scene.

Houston is charged with burglary in the second degree, conspiracy, possession of burglary implements and obstruction.

Thompson is charged with burglary in the second degree, conspiracy and eluding.
