DETROIT – A multijurisdictional investigation resulted in Detroit police seizing more than $2 million worth of cocaine, marijuana and fentanyl.
According to authorities, a search warrant was executed Jan. 2 near the intersection of Vinewood and Fort streets. More than two pounds of fentanyl, a pound of marijuana, almost three pounds of cocaine, two guns and $199 in cash were seized.

The estimated street value of the drugs is $2,399,510.
Police said the amount of fentanyl seized has the potential to kill half a million people.
One person was arrested. Charges are pending.
