EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Evansville Police say they’ve made an arrest after a crash that happened on Tuesday.
As we reported, officers responded to the scene of a crash at a home at the intersection of North 4th Avenue and Michigan Street on Tuesday afternoon.
When officers arrived, they say they found Angela Morrow in the driver’s seat. They say Morrow started cussing and yelling, and creating a struggle with first responders.
Police say Morrow was eventually taken to the hospital, and that two smoking pipes were found in her pocket. Investigators said that due to the crash and Morrow’s erratic behavior, they believe she smoked synthetic cannabinoids.
Morrow was arrested and booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on charges including resisting law enforcement, DUI, battery against a public safety official, and possession of paraphernalia.
