The creative claim, therefore, was that delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol acid (THCa) only becomes federally illegal weed at the moment it is burned and inhaled. Thus, most ordinary delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol flower was accidentally legalized by the 2018 Farm Bill’s language.
