Matthew Dillon, 33, was arrested on Friday following a “lengthy drug dealing investigation,” IMPD said.

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man was arrested after police seized nearly 50 pounds of marijuana, over 400 THC carts, 14 guns and thousands of dollars in cash.

Matthew Dillon, 33, was arrested Friday, Jan. 24 following a “lengthy drug dealing investigation,” IMPD said. 

In early January, IMPD Northwest District Violent Crimes Task Force detectives learned Dillon was likely selling large amounts of marijuana out of a home on Indianapolis’ northwest side. 

Detectives were then granted a search warrant for Dillon’s home, where they seized:

22,556.3 grams (49.728 pounds) of raw marijuana434 THC vape cartridgesAlmost 100 grams of THC wax and THC edibles4,452 rounds of live ammunition7 rifles 7 pistols $46,929 in cash

Dillon was arrested and charged with neglect of a dependent, dealing in marijuana (over 10 pounds)/possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

His bond is set at $20,000 surety.
