TWO men have been arrested in separate drug-related incidents in the //Kharas and Kavango West regions, police said.
According to the weekend crime report, a 43-year-old man was arrested in Aus on Friday after police conducted a search and allegedly found him in possession of mandrax tablets and cash suspected to be proceeds from drug dealing.
The suspect is currently in police custody and is expected to appear before the Lüderitz Magistrate’s Court on 9 March 2026.
In a separate incident reported the same day at Karanawa village in the Kavango West region, a 22-year-old man was arrested after police searched him and allegedly found bankies of cannabis, commonly known as skunk.
