HAMPDEN — Town police said Tuesday they have seized more than 1,000 marijuana plants from a home at 41 Thresher Road in what officers called a large-scale growing operation.
After a lengthy investigation led by Detective Jason Roath of the Hampden Police Department, a search warrant was executed with help from Massachusetts State Police.
There was no threat to the public at any time, according to a news release.
