INWOOD—A 45-year-old Inwood man was arrested about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence, second-offense possession of a controlled substance — marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The arrest of Chad Ray Stubbe stemmed from the stop of a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser on the 300 block of Main Street in Inwood, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Stubbe had bloodshot/watery eyes and the odor of an alcoholic beverage and marijuana.
He admitted to drinking and smoking marijuana, according to the incident report.
A container of marijuana, two marijuana pipes and wooden dugouts were found in his vehicle.
