The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation has issued a recall of marijuana products sold by 1913 Carrollton Manufacturing LLC due to packaging concerns that may pose a safety risk.
In cooperation with 1913 Carrollton Manufacturing LLC, license number MAN000010, the Division issued the recall in accordance with 19 CSR 100-1.100(4)(P), which allows for a public notice when a marijuana product may threaten health or safety.
According to the Division, the recalled products feature packaging and designs that resemble non-marijuana products, which violates Department regulations aimed at protecting children and preventing accidental consumption. Additionally, the packaging used was not the version previously submitted and approved by the Division, as required by state rules.
There have been no reports of adverse reactions related to the recalled products as of the time of the notice.

Consumers who have not used the product may return it to the dispensary where it was purchased. These returns will not count against a patient’s purchase limit. For more information, patients should contact the specific dispensary where the product was obtained.
