KINGWOOD, W.Va (WDTV) – A search warrant was executed at a vape shop in Kingwood Tuesday, according to the Preston County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said an investigation found that King Tobacco & Vape, located at 212 West Main Street in Kingwood, was selling marijuana.
The investigation was launched after deputies received numerous complaints about the vape shop selling items to underage students at Preston County High School.
When the search warrant was executed, deputies seized numerous items that are believed to be marijuana and a large amount of cash.
There is no word on whether or not the store is open at this time.
