MEATBALLS, lamb chops, marijuana, and a coat are amongst the items that police are holding onto as they hunt for their owner.

North Yorkshire Police have issued an appeal to find the owner of a coat – left behind after an incident of criminal damage.

It is thought to have happened at around 9.15pm last night (February 13) when a man damaged a fence whilst jumping over it to enter a backyard on Gale Lane, Acomb.
