TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority is issuing a recall on some products. Including:
Payzos Flower & Buds failed testing for arsenic.Grape Cream Cake Flower & Buds failed testing for cadmium.Zour Apples Flower & Buds failed for cadmium.
In a statement from OMMA, it said:
Mango Cannabis in South Tulsa was one of the locations that had the contaminated products, and on its Facebook page, the company said, “We deeply regret the incident involving the contamination of cannabis shake purchased at our store. Our commitment has been- and continues to be the health, safety, and trust of our customers, especially medical patients.”
This comes after Mango Cannabis agreed to do an interview with News Channel 8, then later notified us it would send us a statement, only to tell us finally they had nothing to say outside of what’s posted on the company’s social media page.
Here are some of the symptoms OMMA said to look out for if you consumed any of the recalled products:
Increased heart rate Fast breathing Nausea and vomiting Loss of control over body movements AND Elevated blood pressure, just to name a few.
