The Philadelphia firm Sidkoff Pincus & Green secured a $4.2 million jury verdict in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in a breach of contract suit stemming from a business partnership to provide technology services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program.
“MJ Freeway came into Pennsylvania, a Colorado company, and got a giant contract, maybe $20 million to do this thing.
