The Philadelphia firm Sidkoff Pincus & Green secured a $4.2 million jury verdict in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in a breach of contract suit stemming from a business partnership to provide technology services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program.

 “MJ Freeway came into Pennsylvania, a Colorado company, and got a giant contract, maybe $20 million to do this thing. They promised Pennsylvania that for the duration it would use a small diverse business,” said plaintiff’s attorney Gary Green of Sidkoff Pincus & Green. “But after three years, they not only ditched TreCom and broke their promise that they’re going to give a small diverse business that experience, they didn’t replace TreCom with another one.”  Read More
