A Meriden man has been arrested after a drug bust in Bridgeport, authorities say.

Marcus Acosta, 28, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop and suspicious activity on Greenfield Drive, according to authorities.

Police say they found 18.4 pounds of marijuana, $3,954 in cash and two cellphones.

Acosta was charged with operation of drug factory and possession with intent to sell 1 kilogram or more of cannabis.

Acosta’s bond is set at $250,000.
