KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) – A woman was arrested after police say she gave two young children marijuana.
Kinston police went to Mitchell Wooten Apartments yesterday after a mother of a 5-year-old and 6-year-old child reported that Stephanie Stallings had given the children marijuana.
Following an investigation, police arrested 46-year-old Stallings, who has been charged with two counts of sell/deliver a controlled substance to a person less than 13 years old.
Stallings was taken to the Lenoir County Jail under a secured bond.
