ROCKFORD (WREX) — A Rockford man was arrested Friday after police found weed and a loaded gun in his car.
20-year-old Craig Marks was arrested Friday evening on two counts of Aggravated Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Possession of Cannabis.
Rockford Police say officers pulled Marks’ car over in the 800 block of Soper Ave. just before 5:30 p.m. Monday.
During the stop, officers found suspected cannabis and a loaded handgun. Weapons charges include possessing a firearm while under 21 and possessing a loaded firearm without a FOID.
Marks will be in court on June 4 for his arraignment.
