[#item_full_content] A 45-year-old North Royalton man was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police found him sleeping in his car at a gas station, having admitted to smoking too much marijuana. The man became aggressively erratic, honking his horn and yelling, before falling out of his car while holding his dog.
