Lawmakers in South Dakota are aiming to repeal the state’s medical marijuana law.

H.B. 1101, introduced Friday, would eliminate all language in the state’s three-year-old law on medical marijuana permissions and guidance.

The bill also calls on the state to use a standard prescription drug monitoring program when controlled substances are prescribed.
