Brez is partnering with DoorDash.

Brez, a “premium functional beverage” brand, is expanding its consumer reach with a leading on-demand delivery platform.

Brez is now offering direct-to-consumer delivery of its THC- and CBD-infused beverages via DoorDash. This expansion will make the company’s beverages available to eligible consumers in more than 30 states via online DoorDash delivery.

Launched in April 2023, Brez is now sold in more than 2,000 retail stores across the U.S. and has an established direct-to-consumer platform. The company seeks to build on its DTC reach by partnering with DoorDash as part of a broader digital and market expansion strategy.

As part of its debut on DoorDash, Brez will offer its THC-infused Social Tonic product, which the company says is crafted to drive euphoria, mental clarity, and relaxation.

“We’re excited to bring hemp-derived THC and CBD products to consumers through on-demand delivery in select states,” said Tom Carroll, GM of the hemp category at DoorDash. “This launch reflects DoorDash’s commitment to offering unparalleled convenience while supporting partners like Brez in connecting with customers in new and meaningful ways.”

DoorDash continues expanding the range of retail and product categories it will deliver from beyond the food service, grocery and convenience verticals it began with. The company recently began delivering intimate essentials from Hustler Hollywood in a partnership launch timed for Valentine’s Day.

Other recent extensions of its delivery categories include partnerships with wedding and special occasion retailer David’s Bridal and mattress/bedding accessory chain Mattress Firm. The company also has experience delivering age-restricted products. It began facilitating beer, wine and spirits delivery in fall 2021.

As of June 2024, DoorDash says it has more than 115,000 non-restaurant stores on its marketplace in North America, including beauty, retail and grocery stores.
