This article presents key aspects of a study on the influence of temperature regimes on the growth and quality of hemp microgreens cultivated using the aeroponic method.

The experiment was conducted under laboratory conditions at the Department of Agrochemistry and Agroecology of Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural University, with the analysis of plant material carried out at the “BCE&MO” Department of Minin University. The study utilized a laboratory-scale aeroponic system. The research included four temperature variations (22°C, 24°C, 26°C, and 28°C). It was found that increasing the temperature to 28°C led to a 46% increase in sprout mass and a 44% increase in root mass. However, the macroelement content (N, P2O5, K2O) remained unchanged, indicating insensitivity to temperature variations within this range. At the same time, the elevated temperature caused a 33% reduction in vitamin C content and a 22% decrease in sugar content.

These findings highlight the significance of temperature regimes for optimizing the growth and development of microgreens while preserving their nutritional quality.
