KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — Law enforcement discovered more than 20 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop in Kanawha County late Tuesday night.
West Virginia State Police said in a news release the drugs were discovered after they detected an odor of marijuana coming from a vehicle during a traffic stop.
Kuloni Brown, 45, of Charleston, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked and under the influence, driving under the influence, possession with intent to deliver and driving left of center, according to the news release.
Troopers said they weighed approximately 21 pounds worth of drugs and also found $1,400 in cash.
