TULSA, Oklahoma — The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) conducted a search at Central Lux LLC in Tulsa, uncovering a fraudulent operation involving a ‘straw’ ownership scheme. OBN agents seized 1,706 marijuana plants and 38.8 pounds of processed marijuana during the raid.
The search warrant was executed by OBN’s Tulsa Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) at the business located at 1144 E. Haskell Street. The investigation revealed that the business was operating with an OBN registration obtained through fraudulent means, according to a press release from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
