The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that votes for a medical cannabis expansion initiative on the November ballot cannot be counted because its language is “misleading.”

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said she’ll be voting in favor of the psychedelics legalization initiative on Massachusetts’s November ballot, but added that “we’ve got to get the right regulations in place to make sure people are safe.”

A Florida judge dismissed a senator’s lawsuit challenging a Department of Transportation anti-marijuana ad that advocates say amounts to an improper use of taxpayer dollars to campaign against the legalization initiative on the November ballot—though a new poll shows the measure with enough support to pass.

Willie Nelson and Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) are hosting a “Cannabis Community Zoom call” to rally support for Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign, with the singer noting she understands that it is “crucial” to end federal prohibition and undo “the harms it caused to so many, particularly to communities of color where it has been disproportionately enforced.”

As of Monday, early voting is now underway in Texas, where voters are deciding on local marijuana decriminalization ballot measures in Dallas and other cities.
