A Winston-Salem man is accused of stealing an undetermined amount of marijuana from a teenager in October by threatening the teen with a gun and killing him, court records show.

Tony Toribio-Estrada, 22, of Lewis Street was charged Nov. 22 with felony murder in the death of Reaylie Trinidad Noyola, 19, who lived on East Devonshire Street, Winston-Salem police said.
Toribio-Estrada is accused of killing Noyola, who died from gunshot wounds, according to two arrest warrants.
Toribio-Estrada was charged with the murder offense while he was being held in the Forsyth County Jail on a robbery charge related to this case, police said.
Toribio-Estrada was charged Nov. 7 with robbery with a dangerous weapon, according to his arrest warrant.
Toribio-Estrada is accused of stealing the marijuana from Noyola on Oct. 19 by threatening Noyola with a gun and shooting him, the warrant said.

Alan Doorasamy of Winston-Salem, Toribio-Estrada’s attorney, declined to comment Wednesday about the charges against his client.
Toribio-Estrada is being held in the jail with no bond allowed, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said.
Officers found Noyola with gunshot wounds at 8:05 p.m. Oct. 19 at Granville Park, police said. Noyola died at the scene.
The shooting was not a random act, police said at that time.
