Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse is taking another business to court alleging illegal marijuana sales, citing a series of Facebook posts by its owner as the primary evidence.

The city filed a lawsuit Friday in state Supreme Court in Onondaga County against Michael Lannie, owner of Friends of Ours Lounge, and his related business entities. The city said Lannie most recently has been selling marijuana products without a state license out of a location at the corner of Burnet and North Townsend streets.
