OWASSO, Okla. — The Owasso Police Department are asking for help identifying a burglar who broke in and stole from a marijuana dispensary near 400 East 2nd Avenue in Owasso.
Officers said at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 3, a person broke into the marijuana dispensary.
They were captured on security cameras wearing black sweatpants, a black Champion hoodie, black shoes and a black mask with a skull design.
As the person was breaking the glass door at the front of the building, they cut their hand.

Blood and prints were taken as evidence at the scene; however, they can’t be used to identify the person if they’ve never been arrested before.
